Frank Johnson is a senior attorney with Chin & Curtis, LLP. He has been in practice with Francis Chin since 1988, concentrating in the area of employment-based immigration on behalf of the firm's corporate clients. Frank also has expertise in related areas such as family-based immigration, naturalization, worksite compliance, and deportation defense. Prior to joining Mr. Chin's firm Mr. Johnson was employed by the Immigration and Naturalization Service for fifteen years in a variety of positions, including trial attorney. Mr. Johnson also has been a member of the adjunct faculty of Suffolk University Law School in Boston. He holds a J.D. from Suffolk University as well as a bachelor of arts degree in English from St. Thomas Aquinas College (Sparkill, NY).
