The Chin & Curtis Web Interface provides a secure, password-protected, and easy way for corporate HR staff to obtain detailed case status information, create reports, and complete online questionnaires in real time, from anywhere, at any time. Individuals may obtain case status information and complete questionnaires on line.
Please log in with a valid user name and password below. You will be taken to the appropriate web interface screen. If you are a member of a client company HR staff and do not have a password, please contact Amy Taylor at ataylor@chincurtis.com. If you are an employee, your password should be sent to you via e-mail, after your HR staff has authorized your access to the Chin & Curtis Web Interface.
Please note that we have changed the way that passwords are assigned and managed. On your next log-in, you may be asked to change your user name and password.
