Christina is an attorney at Chin & Curtis who represents organizations and families in employment-based and family-based immigrant, non-immigrant, and naturalization matters. Her experience has focused on representing businesses in the high-tech and biotechnology sectors, as well as families and individuals in complex family-based immigration and naturalization cases. She has a special interest in representing culinary experts in immigrant and nonimmigrant matters.
Christina is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association of New England, for which she serves as the Social Media Liaison, and is actively involved in Chin & Curtis’ “C&C Cares” and pro bono initiatives. Before joining Chin & Curtis, Christina worked both for a non-profit and in private practice representing clients in removal defense, asylum and humanitarian, and family-based immigration matters.
Christina earned a J.D. at Boston University School of Law and a B.A. from Barnard College at Columbia University, where she studied English literature and art history. Outside of work, Christina enjoys hiking with her dog, doing yoga, cooking and traveling to discover new recipes, and writing poetry.
