Initial Assessments:

We develop a detailed evaluation of the proposed assignment in order to craft the right strategy, taking into account intended activities, nationality, and assignment duration. We advise on the complete timeline, cost, and documents needed for the entire immigration process, helping you create a detailed immigration plan for your specific need.

Entry and Status Maintenance:

Once a work permit is approved, we will provide detailed and tailored entry guidance to the employee, including instructions for in-country registrations and any future compliance activities needed to maintain an employee’s valid work authorization.

In-Country Work Permits:

We help prepare and file employment authorization applications with the appropriate immigration authority for each destination country – and we will guide you through each step of the process. We also support gathering of all documents needed for the process, including assisting with translations, apostilles, and obtaining law enforcement certificates.

Permanent Residence and Citizenship:

We will obtain an assessment of an employee’s eligibility for permanent residence or citizenship in a given country, and will assist with the preparation and filing of the application with the appropriate government authority in the relevant country.

Business Travel Visas:

Chin & Curtis can assist with the preparation and submission of business travel/visitor visa applications for employees who require a visa to conduct business during a temporary visit. We will prepare all of the necessary filing materials and provide advice on the interview process at the appropriate consular post.

Corporate Registrations:

For many countries, entities must be registered at a corporate level in order to sponsor foreign workers. Other countries may not require corporate registration but may offer faster processing times for a registered company.

Consular Services:

If a consular application is required for an immigration process, we will serve as the point of contact to manage the preparation and submission of all necessary documents and will provide instructions for in-person appointments.

Compliance:

We offer timely and comprehensive advice to organizations and individuals to ensure that your organization is compliant in all countries where foreign employees work.
