The U.S. State Department has released the April 2020 Visa Bulletin. The bulletin again shows advancement in cutoff dates of three months to June 1, 2019 for most countries in the EB-1 category. The EB-2 final action dates remain current for most countries, with little advancement for India and China. In the EB-3 category, most countries will remain at January 1, 2017, while India and China see modest advancement.
The dates listed in the Dates for Filing chart remain unchanged from March 2020. USCIS has announced that it will use the Final Action Dates chart for all employment-based preference categories in April.
