The Department of State has released the June 2020 Visa Bulletin. Cutoff dates for all countries except China and India remain current in the EB-1 category, while China advanced by one month and India advanced by 10 months. In the EB-2 category, most countries remained current, with modest advancement for India and China. In the EB-3 category, there is advancement of one month for both China and India, with all other countries advancing by ten months.

The dates for filing remain mostly unchanged from May. USCIS has announced that it will continue to require the use of the Final Action Dates chart in June for all employment-based preference categories.
